Play and Object
Context:"Ctezh artists who creates own illustrations and places everyday objects". As I scrolled through the article, there were a bunch of creative illustrations. Artists used play by placing food on drawings to show a design in clothing, hair design, and a character body. They also used everyday objects that we see or use in our daily lifes and placed it in a way the character is holding the object.
Artist Victor Nunes draws simple illustration and places everyday objects. to turn them into pictures of faces, animals and other playful scenes. His images invite us to look at the world differently and find creative images in our surroundings.

Method: I will look for some objects around the classroom. I will then place the objects onto a piece of paper and draw some illustrations around it.

Response/Reflection: Objects chosen from the classroom:
Straw
paint brush
soft furry balls
candles- I got from the RUSU lunch break

As I gathered these items, I placed them down in a piece of paper. I started having so many imaginations of what I could do. After doing my illustrations, I thought about how I can make this an interactive exercise and how can it be playful to the audiences. So I decided to give the same objects to my classmates and see what illustrations they can make around the object. The responses from my classmates were very creative. It is really interesting to see how we have different perceptions and ideas when we see the object. I found this task very playful. I had a lot of fun drawing and placing the objects. This exercise is playful to audiences as this changes the way we look at every day objects. This exercise helped me with my studio 3. This helped me understand the placement of objects and character position. It also helped me to create and use the piece of art as part of my animation scenarios in studio 3.
